1. I have to the right to refuse any commissions I feel like I can't do it.
2. For personal uses only, commercial 2× the price. Ghost writer 3×. Both ghost writer and commercial purposes is 5×>
3. You can hire me to finish or continue any of your WIP even if they are ingoing fanfic/original series as long as you give credit. If it Chapter Five, then put the credit at the start of Chapter Five; @AnahIsHere / @AIHreal. Unless ghost writer.
4. Neither of us can cancel any comms that I already received payment. No refund.
5. Use half-half payment. Half payment halfway, half more when completed
6. I have the right to post/use your comms as samples with permission. You can be anonymous if you want, unless ghost writer. You can also post your commission result online with proper credit and announcing it as a commission result.
7. Please state your headcanons, pet peeves, and tropes you like/dislike for satisfying results. Give clear and all-needed information for OCs and persona.
8. I will put my watermark, any claim of original work and getting rid of it will be prohibited, except ghost writer.
9. Please do proofread my comms before accepting/paying so I can check for any mistakes. Sentences and paragraph edits are limitless.
10. Mention deadline so I can prioritize.

The Basics

NARRATIVE STORY SECTION.

Other style: You can ask me to change and get rid of anything except for my watermarks. (Except ghost writer commissions and for commercial purposes I can move my watermark somewhere else)
1. Be consistent. No changing plot(minor&major) after 30% finished or I will you charge for 1.2 ×.
2. Will let you proofread at 10%, 50%, and 100% completed for short one-shot narrative section with less than 10k words. You must pay me half-half word count.
For bigger word count than 10k words, you must pay me at 30%, 70% and 100% after I let you proofread beside free proofreading at 10% of the whole commissions.
3. For chapter by chapter commissions, I will let you proofread on every chapter and you have to pay me for every word count at the end of the each chapter. There is no minimum and maximum word count limit for each chapter.

Socmeds fics and AU.

1. Only for Twitter post/thread.
2. Please understand that I am not upgraded to the lastest slangs and trends. If you want me to do any trend, please give me a sample of said trend but do not expect me to copy straightforwardly.
3. No changes of plot after 10 tweets. Will charge extra after that. Typo and grammar error correction are limitless. Changing a scene and interaction in one picture only are also limitless.

ART COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I can refuse/deny any comms that I feel I can't fulfill.
2. No refund. Half of payment is done after I send sketch. Half more after I complete.
3. Major revision is 2. Minor revision is limitless.
4. Be consistent. Don't change comms out of nowhere.
5. Give pose reference will be very helpful. Real life or stickman pose references are both accepted and encouraged.
6. For personal use only. Commercial is 2× the price.
7. I will put my watermark. Claiming it as yours or removing the watermark will be prohibited.
8. If comic, send script that is at least halfway done. (Not available yet)
9. I will post it to social medias as samples with permission. You can stay anonymous if you want. You can also post it on your socmeds with credits.
10. Simple background is free.
11. Work duration will usually be less than three days depending on how busy I am.
12. Buying two comms will get a discount.
13. Please understand that the comms will also has clothes shading, shadow, and and overall look better than sample I provide.Payment Method: PayPal and Ko–Fi.
